The crew are always first to rise in the morning and the cooks first job is to start to make the tea. This is very unusual to the British who make a cup of tea in two minutes, just by placing a tea bag into a cup of boiling water. In all parts of Turkey tea is made in a very unique way. Firstly cold water is boiled in a metal tea pot over a naked flame.
